Μπορούν να πάρουν άδεια διαμονής με μία απλή υπεύθυνη δήλωση ότι φιλοξενούνται από τον τάδε, χωρίς ποτέ κανείς να ελέγξει οτι όντως αυτό ισχύει και χωρίς να γίνει καμία διασταύρωση, χωρίς να ζητήσουν φορολογική δήλωση οπου δηλώνονται ως φιλοξενούμενοι.

μ' αρέσει που όλοι οι normies έχετε πάθει σοκ με το chat control που ψηφίστηκε αλλά όταν σας μιλούσαν τα "ψεκια" εδώ και μια 6ετια τουλάχιστον για παγκόσμιο ψηφιακό surveillance και νέα τάξη πραγματων του βρίζατε. Πόσο μαλάκες νιώθετε στην τοποθεσία ΕΕ; ε; ΓΙΔΙΑ.
Τρεις μέρες ασχολήθηκα με το θέμα. Κι ότι θα σας πω, σας αφορά και μπορώ να το υποστηρίξω με αξιόπιστες πηγες.
Χθες το Ευρωκοινοβούλιο επανέφερε το Chat Control. Τον νόμο που επιτρέπει σε Google, Meta και Microsoft να σαρώνουν τα ιδιωτικά μας μηνύματα χωρίς δικαστική απόφαση και ένταλμα.
Το Κοινοβούλιο είχε καταψηφίσει τον ίδιο νόμο τον Μάρτιο του 2026 με 311 ψήφους κατά κ 228 υπέρ. Τον ανέστησαν όμως πρόσφατα μέσω διαδικαστικού τεχνάσματος, αλλάζοντας τους κανόνες ψηφοφορίας και προγραμματίζοντάς την ψηφοφορία ΤΕΛΕΥΤΑΙΑ ΜΕΡΑ ΠΡΙΝ ΤΙΣ ΘΕΡΙΝΕΣ ΔΙΑΚΟΠΕΣ, όταν το μισό κοινοβούλιο είχε ήδη φύγει.
Η ίδια η εισηγήτρια του νόμου, Birgit Sippel, τον χαρακτήρισε «αθέμιτο τέχνασμα»και αρνήθηκε να τον στηρίξει.
Τι σημαίνει πρακτικά αυτός ο νόμος για εμάς τους πολίτες;
Πείτε ότι μια μαμά στέλνει στον αδελφό της φωτογραφία του μωρού της στο μπάνιο μέσω Messenger. Ο αλγόριθμος σαρώνει, ανιχνεύει γυμνό ανηλίκου και το μαρκάρει ως ύποπτο.
Τότε η φωτογραφία,χωρίς να το εγκρίνει η μαμά του μωρού, φτάνει σε κάποιον άγνωστο moderator για «αξιολόγηση». Αν αυτός ο moderator κρίνει τη φωτό ύποπτη, η φωτογραφία ταξιδεύει ξανά σε άλλους «αξιολογητές κινδύνου». Ενδιάμεσα κανείς δεν αξιολογεί τους «αξιολογητές κινδύνου.»
Ο λογαριασμός της μαμας κλειδώνεται, η αστυνομία ενημερώνεται, η συσκευή μπορεί να ελεγχθεί. Χωρίς η μαμά να ξέρει γιατί. Χωρίς να υπάρχει ένταλμα δικαστή.
Αυτό είναι το σημερινό σενάριο. Το αυριανό είναι χειρότερο. Αύριο αρκεί μια αλλαγή ορισμού και να αρχίσει η σάρωση για «παραπληροφόρηση». Μεθαύριο για «εξτρεμιστικό περιεχόμενο». Ποιος ορίζει τι είναι παραπληροφόρηση ή εξτρεμιστικό, δε χρειάζεται να σας πω.
Πάνω από 800 ερευνητές κυβερνοασφάλειας και κρυπτογραφίας από 35 χώρες, υπέγραψαν ανοιχτές επιστολές κατά αυτού του νόμου. Ισχυρίζονται πως η σάρωση δεν μπορεί να διαχωρίσει το νόμιμο από παράνομο περιεχόμενο χωρίς να σπάσει θεμελιωδώς την κρυπτογράφηση. Κι αυτό δημιουργεί «πρωτοφανείς δυνατότητες παρακολούθησης, ελέγχου και λογοκρισίας» με εγγενή κίνδυνο κατάχρησης.
Η Νομική Υπηρεσία του ίδιου του Συμβουλίου λέει ότι η σάρωση χωρίς υποψία παραβιάζει το Άρθρο 7 του Χάρτη Θεμελιωδών Δικαιωμάτων. Τον δικό τους Χάρτη. Οι δικοί τους νομικοί.
Η ΕΕ ιδρύθηκε για να προστατεύει θεμελιώδη δικαιώματα. Χθες χρησιμοποίησε τους δικούς της κανόνες για να τα ακυρώσει, με νομιμοφανή τεχνάσματα. Ουσιαστικά λύγισαν τον νόμο μέχρι να πάρουν αυτό που ήθελαν.
