@EtkineErika I think adventure can be incorporated into everyday life. Adventure can take away the monotony from daily routines. This could include striking conversations with new people, or even using a different route while commuting.

Organizing time makes me stay on track. Sophomore year, I started carrying a planner. B/c of this, have been able to stay on top of my obligations. My next goal is to plan out my day hour by hour to be more productive.

@allcapswarrior Health is really important. When we are really busy, we may forget to take care of ourselves. But I think that when you look after your health, you will be able to perform tasks and projects at your best

@NZaliwski I don't have screen time on my phone, but when it comes to social media, I disabled the notifications. I would like to think that this causes me to check my social media accounts less often. But if I had to guess, I think I probably get 200 notifications per day b/c of texts.

@NatRutgers Definitely before bed! When I wake up in the morning, I have such a small window of time to get ready that I don't have time to use my phone.

@sstolz8 I think the best thing to do is find physical activities or hobbies that do not require you to be on social media. By occupied by an activity, you can be so enthralled that you don't think about checking your social media.

@justGC430 I think this is ridiculous! I personally know someone who does sports betting, but I did not think that people actually harass the players. Of course, if you bet you are going to lose money here and there, but it should not get to the point where you threatened a player.

I have witnessed online harassment seep into a person's life and follow them like a dark cloud. Although some people say that victims can simply turn off the computer and walk away, victims think about the threats and harassments after they log off the computer #sandss19
