Without due process, what's to stop someone from saying that you are here illegally and deporting you?

"Foreign invaders" sounds like they're enemy military. Most of these people are just trying to make a life for their families and contributing to our nation along the way. Yeah we should enforce our borders but these people are still humans.

@MrWhite_762 If you break the law you will get a day in court to make your case and be heard. The Supreme Court has long upheld that due process applies to all people on US soil regardless of citizenship or immigration status. It was wrong when Obama did it and it's wrong now.
