Chat ended by advisor, left in the dark, cust services say one thing, store says another.
Went out of my way to collect.

last month we had no external ip.
this month wr have had no connectivity since last Friday.
How can a business operate with no Internet service?
£8 a day compensation is nothing. our costs are more

Paid extra for next day delivery of a time critical piece of equipment. driver didn't even knock the door, no one seen on camera, asked for parcel to be taken to pick up point. nothing arrived.
