Haha, look at a few more channels in Nintendo niche (the super mario clickbait ones specifically) and look at how much they re-use stuff in full game "walkthroughs" Some of them have hundreds of uploads with the same longplay included in a compilation of several games (x game, x game, x game - full game walkthrough) YouTube doesn't care about this - but they should, I agree.

I think eventually they will clamp down on this, but then again some of those channels have been fine for years without being hit for demonetization even once.

TLDR; I think doing this (sadly) works in the favor of those creators.
