In step 3, it should be "thoroughly" rather than "thourghly."

@BofA_Help Was waiting on phone. It offered to call me back. Went through the prompts and it had me say my name. Then instead of registering my request, it went back to hold music. Tried twice and gave up. Don't want to wait on hold for 30 minutes and can't get it to accept info.
