@NorthstarCharts The question is will it bounce off the base-line and break trough at the next attempt, or form another smaller handle-like structure which could take us the the mid-30s.
A quick follow up here, since the algo pointed me to a @SantiagoAuFund video about swap lines re the UEA.
He basically says that the (increased since 2008) usage of swap lines indicates even more US dominance and the opposite of de-dollariazation.
The UEA would rather take more dollar loans than take the PAIN to sell existing assets (which are huge, see screenshot). He doesn't say what that "pain" might be -what is the pain of selling assets that are basically handcuffs?
He also mentions LIBOR briefly but doesn't go into it.
Thanks a lot for sharing this. With my limited understanding I could interpret this as a setup for the FED to buy treasuries via a UAE SWF, maybe the SWF being old euro dollars as collateral. So lever up the existing stack instead of drawing it down.
It could also be a play on duration, swapping old long term debt (SWF) for new shorter duration. Maybe that's an orderly transition into a new system, or just kicking the can further down.
I wonder whether it is also related to SOFR, prying the ME out of the CoL control and tying it into a US controlled system. But then, isn't the FED also part of the global banking cartel, plugged into BIS? And a swap line just another euro dollar pipeline? Which brings us back to what you said, that they're all controlled by the same master.
Btw., do you know the account esckey on substack? He also got a very interesting framework analysing global machinations, and it's basically centered around the conept of the clearing house. According to him, they new edifice which provides more flexibility, but it's the same architecture as we had for centuries.
Your argument that both sides are being played by a single entity is totally backed by evidence, latest instance being the SPLC fraud where the lefties financed literal nazis. And yes it seems that pax judaica is the current playbook with all the tech stuff suddenly coming out of Israel.
The latest weird twist was UEA exiting OPEC, but only after asking the FED for swap lines. That should be an interesting tidbit for you as a finance guy. Do you have an idea how to explain this move? (because muh dedollarization it is certainly not)
It's a mathematical model, like most of modern "science".
As for physical reality, just think how hard it is to intercept a missile, even a subsonic one. Now the moon is moving around earth with about Mach 3, and while it is quite large it's also very very very far away.
Now you put four 50 year olds into a tin can the size of a mini van and intercept that heavenly projectile, circle around and then return. All while chewing gum and playing with a plushy.
It's just so ridiculous.
