The Asian American experience is not a Monolith within the United States and that a variety of stereotypes and expectations that society pushes are oftentimes inaccurate and harmful.
The results of this case are able to show that Affirmative Action is not inherently Anti-Asian.
As well as contrary to popular belief, a majority of Asian Americans have no issue with Affirmative Action.
However, the court found that Asian Americans actually score better than others on Harvards academic rating, and bias claimed against them as being described as "shy" was also used to describe other races

Affirmative Action (admissions): the process in which underrepresented students' status is taken into account during the admission process for higher education.
It is important that we work to include all Asian nations in the definition of "Asian American" and not just those that easily fit the constructed view that our Nation has created.
