@AirbnbHelp Update: Still no response or explanations regarding these complaints, despite providing my email address. Please respond @AirbnbHelp@Airbnb_uk@bchesky ?
@Airbnb@Airbnb_uk I have reported frequent loud music, parties and groups at one of your listings in Stratford-upon-Avon @StratfordDC . This was through official help channels, told they'll "take note" but take no action. Is this really the only "community support" you offer?
@Earl_GreyT@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb_uk@StratfordDC@Airbnb Thank you very much for your reply :) Yes, I'm following up with these avenues too. It certainly seems crazy though, given all the talk of community, when issues are highlighted @Airbnb abscond all responsibility entirely!
@AirbnbHelp 3) Informed @Airbnb the listing was likely illegal due to restrictive covenants on the road, preventing use other than “private dwellings”. Told: “The legalities of the local rules/laws, etc., is what we do not get involved in.” - despite gladly reaping the profits?
@AirbnbHelp 2) The host in question has been given “suggestions on how to address the issue in the future. We’ll continue to take note of any further complaints or issues raised against this listing.” - no info on what “suggestions” are, or more than @Airbnb “taking note” of further issues
@AirbnbHelp Just some of the private “help” I have received from your company.
1) Refusal to interact with specific complaints of @Airbnb policy breaches, but invited to submit these on a yet another generic feedback form - so “site creators” can decide on “possibilities for the future”
