YouTube lost in ACE – default decision in my favor after 5 months of silence.
Channel restored → great!
June 2025 earnings? Still withheld⁉️ No payout, no explanation.
Is this even legal?

⁉️🤮⁉️🤮
For the past 5 months, I’ve been fighting to get my YouTube channel reinstated.
Today I can say: the channel is back. 🎪
@TeamYouTube@YouTube officially acknowledged that the removal was a system error and issued an apology.
But the story doesn’t end with a happy ending. 🤡
The channel was automatically suspended.
All appeals were rejected within minutes by the AI system. 🧨
There was no way to reach a real person.
After nearly 5 months of intense correspondence and visible community activity, the platform recognized the mistake and restored the channel. 💪
After reinstatement:
✅ Channel was active
✅ Videos were visible
❌ Reach dropped dramatically (the algorithm clearly “punished” the channel)
❌ Monetization was only briefly enabled, then turned off again.
The hardest part:
Earnings – a significant amount generated before the wrongful removal of the channel (withheld earnings) were not paid out.
Even though YouTube confirmed the mistake, the funds were supposedly returned to the advertiser.
⁉️💸
Additionally, in response to further inquiries, I was told I “didn’t appeal in time” – even though all previous appeals were automatically rejected, P2B mediation was denied, and YouTube didn’t cooperate with ACE (Appeals Center Europe) for several months – no explanations were provided, even though the channel was eventually returned.
This shows how complicated and opaque the entire process is. 🌀
I understand YouTube must fight spam and low-quality content.
At the same time, more and more creators are experiencing similar situations: wrongful suspensions, long waits, no human review, and no compensation even after the mistake is acknowledged.
🚬🥴
I want to believe that the platform where we build our communities will become more transparent and fair to those mistakenly penalized.
Restoring a channel is only the beginning – full balance and fairness is something more. ✨
If you’ve also gone through wrongful termination and reinstatement, please share in the comments (briefly and calmly).
Maybe together we can draw more attention to these cases.
Thanks to everyone who supported me during this time ❤️

I reported my case to ACE (Appeals Centre Europe). YouTube did not cooperate for 5 months, which resulted in a default decision in my favor. @TeamYouTube@YouTubeCreators
My channel was restored, but my earnings from June 2025 are still withheld. No payout. No clear explanation⁉️
❌🤣❌
I thought YouTube and Google couldn’t surprise me anymore.
Then suddenly - after nearly four months of silence - the P2B mediation wakes up. 👀
Just like that.
As if someone finally discovered the “reply” button.
🚬🚽🧘♂️
Interestingly, the day before, I had a little marathon of comments under EU institutions’ profiles. A kind of civic fitness. 🏛️
And suddenly… the mediation, which had ignored my reminders for months, suddenly got a signal.
Coincidence?
Of course.
Corporations react only to procedures, never to visibility. 🎭
For a moment, I thought:
“Okay. Maybe now it will be concrete.”
And then I got the remix.
The same sentences.
The same elegant dodges.
The same philosophy: answer in a way that doesn’t answer.
Quick recap:
The channel was restored a few months after the wrongful ban - after my first mediation request was rejected and after five months of zero real cooperation with ACE (Appeals Center Europe)
Apologies were issued - from YouTube.
Monetization was restored.
I was still in the Partner Program.
But in November, alongside this “happy ending,” they blocked almost all my financial threads and my ability to contact support.
Every attempt to address money ended with redirects.
I was running in circles like in an escape room with no exit. 🎪
Only after some time did I dig up a completely different thread - a “side channel” - just to be able to reach anyone.
And then a new game began.
It wasn’t: “The money has been returned.”
It was:
“In such cases, the funds may be returned to advertisers.”
May.
What a beautiful word.
It leaves a loophole.
You can’t catch them lying. 🪄
One thing didn’t return:
about 20,000 PLN / €4,500 / $4,900 from before the “system error.”
A sum real enough to feel.
Vague enough that no one wants to show any documents.
And now, after months of silence, instead of a resolution, I get the premium version of things being twisted around.
It’s no longer even frustrating.
It’s starting to feel like a case study.
Because it seems the silence lasts until someone stops whispering.
And what was supposed to look like a glitch
increasingly looks like a feature.
And that’s the moment when you stop wondering,
not whether the system knows what it’s doing -
but ➡️ that it knows exactly.

❌My channel was unfairly suspended in july 2025, and my earnings for june 2025 (around 20,000 PLN / €4,300) were never released.
even after the channel was reinstated in november 2025 with apologies, youtube ignored ace, denied my initial plt2b mediation request, and blocked all financial inquiries in support.
any follow-up requests regarding my earnings were automatically dismissed, citing “late appeal,” while funds were returned to advertisers without any invoices, receipts, or proof. i still have no access to any financial documentation.
this automated, unfair, and opaque handling has caused serious financial and personal stress.
i demand immediate payout of my june 2025 earnings (20,000 PLN / €4,300).
i have contacted a law firm experienced with digital platforms and will pursue legal action if payment is not made promptly.
@TeamYouTube@YouTubeCreators – this is your chance to fix this now before further escalation!
I have officially filed a legal dispute against @YouTube under Article 17 of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). 🇪🇺
@TeamYouTube is now legally required to provide a diligent, human review of this factual error. They can no longer claim a 3D physics mesh is a "human child" or "misleading family content." #DSA #YouTubeAIWrongedCreators @nealmohan
2 years ago, we set out to make the internet a safer place for users, not just for platforms.
🔹 Safer feeds.
🔹 Stronger rights online.
🔹 Platforms must take responsibility.
In Europe, the Digital Service Act sets the rules online - to protect people. 🇪🇺

YOUTUBE UNFAIRLY WITHHELD CREATORS’ EARNINGS — HERE’S HOW TO FIGHT BACK!
💀💸 🗺️🤠
👉 Has your channel been demonetized, shadowbanned, or had earnings withheld for no valid reason? You’re not alone 🫂 🙌
YouTube’s “appeals” are mostly bots or silence 🤖🙃. Here’s a roadmap to take back your channel, your income, and your sanity:
1️⃣ Document EVERYTHING: screenshots of bans, notifications, payouts, messages, dates. Without it, regulators and courts won’t take you seriously.
2️⃣ Internal Studio appeals: submit clearly & consistently, include evidence. Often ignored, but still required — like asking the Matrix politely 🕶️
3️⃣ Go PUBLIC: share your story & screenshots on X/Twitter. Tag: @TeamYouTube@YouTube@YouTubeCreators
Visibility is your weapon.
4️⃣ EU creators:
File DSA complaints → forces YouTube to respond.
Use P2B mediation → neutral review, sometimes channel reinstatement.
GDPR claims → automated decisions affecting data or earnings are actionable.
5️⃣ Non-EU creators:
Public pressure works: screenshots, stories, tags.
Contact local regulators (FTC, BBB, consumer protection bodies).
Local legal advice → court claims can force YouTube to settle.
6️⃣ Legal action (last resort):
Filing a court claim forces a formal response.
Can recover earnings, channel, or settlement.
Documentation & persistence = your shield 🛡️
💡 Remember: Emotional rants alone rarely work 😅. Platforms respond to facts + pressure + visibility. Combine legal, public, and social channels to win.
🚀 Document. Appeal. Post. Escalate. Visibility + facts = power. Real creators fight back!

YouTube is escalating its crackdown on ad blockers.
Many users report that comment sections now appear as "turned off" on videos, and video descriptions are missing entirely.
The issue stems from ad blocker detection; disabling the extension immediately restores both features.
No reliable workaround exists yet beyond turning off ad blockers or subscribing to Premium.
@vonderleyen 🚫 Creators in the EU are having their rights ignored — no transparency, no real review, just automated bans. Many of us are still fighting for fair treatment.

@YouTubeCreators I’ve reached out multiple times regarding my channel being wrongfully demonetized, but received no real response. @TeamYouTube@YouTube, this issue is affecting many creators — transparency and proper review are crucial.
What a bot always sending me this same message brooo all I need is a human review not a bot one!!! @nealmohan@YouTube@TeamYouTube@YouTubeCreators@UpdatesFromYT I know that this is just a mistake I do not break any community guidelines rule or in YouTube monetization policy.
💸🚫 Update: 7K+ views and still no response from @TeamYouTube ⚠️⛔💀
My earnings were withheld, my business destroyed, and my son’s education fund affected. This is not just AI moderation — it’s real financial harm to creators. Public pressure and attention may help.
