Absolutely unacceptable customer service. 1,800 YES Rewardz points have expired because your YES Rewardz portal was inaccessible / I was unable to log in to redeem them.

@YESBANK @RBI How is a customer supposed to redeem points before expiry when the bank's own rewards portal doesn't allow them to log in? Customers should not bear the loss for a failure of your digital platform.
I expect YES BANK to reinstate the 1,800 points immediately and investigate this.

Dear @YESBANK, your reward redemption portal experience is genuinely terrible. It asks for mobile number and captcha, and even after entering the correct details it keeps throwing “Invalid Credentials” errors. A rewards portal shouldn’t feel harder than internet banking.
