CRPF के वीर अधिकारी बिभोर कुमार सिंह (शौर्य चक्र) ने केंद्रीय सशस्त्र पुलिस बल (CAPFs) सामान्य प्रशासन विधेयक, 2026 के कई प्रावधानों का विरोध किया है।

उन्होंने गृह मंत्री अमित शाह को पत्र लिखकर विधेयक को कैडर अधिकारियों के हितों के विरुद्ध बताया।

मुख्य आपत्तियां:

IG स्तर पर 50% और ADG पर कम से कम 67% पद IPS अधिकारियों के लिए आरक्षित।

SDG/DG जैसे उच्च पदों पर 100% IPS कोटा।

कैडर अधिकारियों के प्रमोशन में बाधा और पुरानी पेंशन योजना (OPS) पर प्रभाव।

अधिकारी ने लिखा कि यह विधेयक कैडर अधिकारियों में हताशा पैदा कर रहा है और देश की सुरक्षा में तैनात जवानों के मनोबल को प्रभावित कर सकता है।

उन्होंने सरकार से पुनर्विचार की अपील की।

बिभोर कुमार सिंह 2022 के नक्सली ऑपरेशन में दोनों पैर गंवा चुके हैं और शौर्य चक्र से सम्मानित हैं।

Their state,honesty,discipline, co-ord and perception management needs no elobaration.
CAPFs are performing not because of these imported jewels but due to the leadership of cadre officers.

मैं बहुत समय तक मंथन करता रहा कि आखिर केंद्रीय सशस्त्र पुलिस बल (सामान्य प्रशासन) विधेयक- 2026 का उद्देश्य क्या है?

आज भी सशस्त्र बलों में IG की कई पोस्ट खाली हैं, लेकिन अधिकारी आने को तैयार नहीं हैं।

आज भी हाईकोर्ट में दो पिटीशन लगी हैं, जहां IPS अधिकारी कह रहे हैं कि हमें डेप्युटेशन पर नहीं जाना है। कुछ अधिकारी आते भी हैं तो उसके पीछे कुछ अपने निजी कारण होते हैं।

जब सरकार खुद ही नियुक्ति करती है तो इस अम्ब्रेला बिल की जरूरत क्या है? अगर सिर्फ सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले को दरकिनार करने के लिए यह बिल ला रहे हैं तो कोई सफलता नहीं मिलने वाली है।

मुझे आश्चर्य है कि आखिर यह बिल बनाने से पहले क्या सरकार के अधिकारियों ने अदालतों के फैसलों को नहीं पढ़ा?

मेरी मांग है कि जल्दबाजी में लाए गए इस बिल पर दोबारा से विचार-विमर्श किया जाए।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने CAPF जवानों के पक्ष में फैसला सुनाया था और अब नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार देश के वीर जवानों के साथ घोर अन्याय करने जा रही है।”

A momentous occasion as Shri Abhishek Pathak, IPS, IG, BSF Frontier Gujarat and BWWA Head @ BSF_Gujarat grace the closing ceremony of Air Rifle Shooting Competition organised for BSF wards at Gandhinagar campus. Under the aegis of @BWWA_Gujarat, Summer Camp Air Rifle Shooting was organised at Gandhinagar campus from 22 to 31 May 2024, in which Total 104 BSF wards of different age groups participated. Winners of different groups have been awarded by Head BWWA_Gujarat.

A 3-day Adventure Camp for students from Sir Padmapat Singhania University, Udaipur was organized from 19-21 Feb’2024, at Suigam, Dist- Banaskantha, Gujarat.
Students were given exposure to a Prahari’s Life through various activities such as physical training, weapon handling, map reading, survival techniques, adventure activities, seema darshan, sports etc.
Hon'ble Governor of Gujarat, Shri Acharya Devvrat, spared his valuable time to interact with the participants and shared words of vision & encouragement.
The aim of camp was to motivate, give exposure to students as well as make them realise their limitless potential & unlimited opportunities.

The programme encompassed invigorating physical training, the serenity of yoga, weapon introduction, unarmed combat, other activities such as obstacle negotiation, point-to-point march, group discussions, insights into survival techniques thereby providing a holistic immersion into soldierly skills and offered a hands-on glimpse into the life of a #SeemaPrahari at the border. Throughout the camp, students delved into the intricacies of border management, visited #BSF Border Outposts (BOPs) and various other attractions as part of #SeemaDarshan in Nadabet, fostering a profound connection to the spirit of safeguarding our nation.

This unique exchange between BSF and students culminated in a vibrant closing ceremony graced by the esteemed presence of DIG BSF SHQ Gandhinagar, and other officials. The finale celebrated the newly instilled leadership qualities, patriotism, discipline, and life skills, resonating with the transformative essence of the camp. The journey has left an indelible mark, inspiring these young minds to contemplate a career in the BSF and other forces.
