Let’s say this is a rice cake.
A finger is kind of blunt, right?
But when you bite into it…
your teeth marks sink right into it.
And it’s still sitting on the wooden skewer.
Then you grab it from the end of the skewer and pull it apart.
When you pull it apart and look at the spot where you bit into it, you can see that chewiness stretching out like this. That’s the chewiness I’m talking about.
