@eastwestbanker used to be my favorite bank but I am so close to closing all my accounts dahil kung gaano ka walang kwenta service ninyo. Online banking nagloloko, customer service hotline super haba ng waiting time tapos yugn mobile app di ma-access. Paano pag urgent concerns?
