Just booked a flight on @Trip and was charged AED 22 as an “International transaction fee.” I paid with Scapia, which has 0% forex markup. Why is https://t.co/pwvwSS20ZK charging this separately? Is this a mandatory fee, and can it be refunded? #Tripcom#Scapia
@Trip Hello @Trip , your support team asked me to check with bank but there is no transaction fee at bank end.
Kindly let me know what need to done in this case
@ICICIBank
Tried reaching out to your toll free number and by visiting a branch to open NRE/NRO account.
Location - Pratapgarh UP branch
There seems no one knowing NRE/NRO account process.
@EaseMyTrip@nishantpitti@nishantpitti - Stop ignoring customers and start taking accountability. Your support and social media teams are failing to resolve genuine issues and it’s unacceptable. This needs immediate attention.
@nishantpitti ,Your support team confirmed that customer details are shared with the airline after booking. However, in my case, your admin email was provided instead of mine, causing me to miss important flight schedule updates. Your team isn’t acknowledging this mistake.
@nishantpitti@EaseMyTrip So now as mentioned earlier-
1) I am disputing this transaction with emirates NBD bank.
2) I will be registering a complain with consumer forum regarding this.
@MoCA_GoI Dear @MoCA_GoI , thank you for your intervention. I raised a grievance on AirSewa too, but the airline claims they sent an email/SMS - however, I haven’t received any update. Kindly assist in resolving this.
Pls let me know if any other details are required.
@EaseMyTrip@nishantpitti No show - as you provided your email in my ticket( proof has already been submitted).
I will wait but please do not come with same repetitive response, provide the technical log saying your data sync jobs were working fine and my details were pushed to airline.
