Sir my issue still has not been resolved. Engineers visited home make internet work, marked issue as resolved and stopped working within 15 minutes with no point of contact.

Even the customer support doesn't let me connect with the CS executive just a tape repeating we are "working on it" for 10 days!!

My issue was still not attended yesterday. I have been facing an internet connection issue for half a month and @reliancejio has absolutely no concern about it.

Please take action against such service.providers who have been misusing their duopoly!
