A couple of months back, my BSNL broadband was not working and upon registering a complaint I was given the below unit which do not even have BSNL logo print. The bsnl member took my faulty modem unit which has BsNL broadband logo.

He also mentioned that BSNL have started outsourcing modems and they are supplying these units to all.
And since then the internet stopped working most of the times. The previous modem which worked for more than 7 years and the latest one not even worked properly a single day.

I reported the issue to the CS team,I was told that they will not issue the refund and refuse to take the accountability of the mistakes citing the on shelf date is not passed. This is really disappointing and broke the trust of ordering through Swiggy Instamart.
