@Ford I was on hold for more than 20 minutes before someone told me they would just have to connect me to roadside assistance. Absolutely no help. FordPass won’t work because “my car has been off for too long” per the FordPass Guide. Ridiculous.
Really loved my Edge until the Ford Pass app is completely useless, there’s no longer a glass touchpad on the side and I’m locked out of my car. Oh and the FordPass Guide-worse than the app. Thanks, @Ford
When I was in Orlando last month and tried to use @Lyft I reported a safety concern after a ride (that I shouldn’t have accepted!) where the license plate matched but the driver was NOT who was pictured. Lyft never followed up at all.
@Lyft is THE WORST. Tonight it says my driver has arrived while I’m literally standing under the sign where I’m supposed to be. 3 messages, 3 calls, no response. Driver cancels and I’M responsible?! NO.
The local @rxoinc hub told me “business has been low, so we can’t justify a weekend delivery team”. That’s a YOU problem, not a me problem. If it’s on your available delivery dates calendar, then you better figure it out.
Never knew I needed to verify who was going to deliver my product, but I’ll never by ANYTHING else that’s being delivered by @rxoinc. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Maybe I’ll get my item eventually?? #rxo
Supposed to be having an item delivered by @rxoinc and I’m not convinced I’m actually ever going to get it! Constant rescheduling because they can’t fulfill their obligation. How is this not illegal?? No accountability. #rxo

@smaxdaddy@WKRN This situation felt more dangerous than the storm. We were trapped and it was impossible to move, with no staff from @nissanstadium anywhere. Very poorly handled.
