GFZA PARTNERS FOREIGN MINISTRY FOR 4TH MADE-IN-GHANA BAZAAR
The Ghana Free Zones Authority (GFZA) partnered with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration (MFA) for the 4th Made-in-Ghana Bazaar, held from 5th–7th September 2025 at the Accra International Conference Centre, under the theme “Championing Economic Diplomacy: Connecting Producers, Markets and Opportunities.”
As part of activities organized alongside the Bazaar, an Exhibitors’ Forum was held, where Mr. Lateef Apau Wiredu, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Operations), represented the GFZA as a panelist. The session provided exhibitors with insights into export requirements, SME support, and the contribution of the Free Zones Scheme, which has so far generated a significant number of indirect jobs, among others.
The GFZA also mounted an exhibition booth, where visitors were engaged on the Free Zones Scheme, focusing on incentives, enclaves, and the procedure for obtaining a license to operate as a Free Zone Enterprise.
The Authority received a plaque in recognition of its partnership and contribution to the success of the event.
Issued by Corporate Affairs & PR Department, GFZA.
