@strongbyishaan With every new piece of information, you see new peaks of “Mount Stupid”, less higher ones though
One has to move through a lot of these peaks to aquire real knowledge
Coaches have just had more peaks in a shorter period of time than a common person wanting to get fit
@strongbyishaan And then there is the Dunning Kruger effect
With personal experience I can say
The peak of “Mount Stupid” is much higher if you acquire information through personal effort like reading through books/blogs etc
Than getting the ready made info from someone else
