@M_Gokalp_DrMG and @ANazmiCalik review the results of this trial that demonstrated that a DCB-based strategy with rescue stenting was associated with a significantly higher rate of DOCE compared with contemporary DES implantation in patients with de novo, non-complex coronary artery disease.

I did a device closure of a large VSR with an ASD device (patient was very sick). Procedure went smoothly and patient stabilised somewhat, but then he expired next day
