सामान्य वर्ग के छात्रों की आत्महत्या का सरकार की नज़र में कोई मोल नहीं!

2014-21 में IITs, NITs आदि में 122 छात्रों ने आत्महत्या की।

चार्ट में सिर्फ SC-24, ST-3, OBC-41, Minority-3 = 71 बताए। बाकी 51 General Category के थे… उनका नाम तक नहीं लिया गया।

In response to a petition challenging minus 40 marks in NEET-PG exams, Central Govt has proposed to move away from percentile to rank method.⁣

Details:⁣
1. The Union Govt’s Expert Committee has proposed replacing the NEET-PG percentile format with a rank-based system before the Supreme Court.⁣
⁣
2. This proposal comes in response to a petition challenging a shocking NBEMS notice that aggressively slashed qualifying thresholds- dropping the General category criteria to the 7th percentile and SC/ST/OBC marks to a staggering minus 40.⁣

3. During the hearing, Advocate Satyam Singh Rajput strongly challenged the logic of the shift. He argued that instead of explaining these near-zero and negative qualifying baselines, authorities are ironically changing the marking framework itself. Moving to a rank-only declaration offers no real difference and only obfuscates true academic merit to prioritize administrative logistics and fill empty seats.⁣

4. Justices P.S. Narasimha and Alok Aradhe made no final ruling on the merits today, deferring judgment and adjourning the matter so all parties can study the report and file their formal responses.⁣

5. Three petitions were filed challenging lowered criteria for NEET-PG admissions.⁣
These were filed by Harisharan Deogan, Youth For Equality (YFE) & Sopchar (Rajasthan doctors).⁣

बीजेपी ने गलती से यूजीसी बिल नोटिफाई नहीं किया है, इन्होंने रणनीति के तहत यूजीसी कानून लाया था।

बीजेपी यूजीसी पर संवाद की बात केवल दिखावे के लिए कर रही है। सामाजिक एकता की बात भी इनका केवल प्रपंच मात्र है।

यदि सामाजिक एकता का ध्यान होता तो यूजीसी जैसा कानून आना ही नहीं चाहिए था। यदि गलती से आ गया था तो शुरुआती सामान्य वर्�� के विरोध के बाद इसे वापस करना था, पर इन्होंने उस समय कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दी।

सामान्य वर्ग जब कोर्ट में यूजीसी बिल के विरोध में गया, तब भी इन्होंने अपने वकील डिफेंस में भेजे।

इतना होने के बाद भी सामान्य वर्ग ने सड़कों पर प्रदर्शन करने की अनुमति मांगी, पर सरकार ने अनुमति तक नहीं दी । सामान्य वर्ग के चेहरों को घर में नजरबंद किया गया।

अपनी IT सेल से नेहा दास, अनुराधा तिवारी पर ��भद्र टिप्पणियां कराई । यहां तक कि अजीत भारती की दिवंगत मां पर भी अभद्र टिप्पणी की गई।

इन्होंने इतना कुछ किया, फिर कैसे मान लें कि यूजीसी गलती से आया कानून है।

जब बीजेपी बांकीपुर उपचुनाव हारी, तब इन्हें हल्का झटका लगा। फिर भी इन्होंने यूजीसी पर चुप्पी ही साधी।

अब जब MLC चुनाव में सामान्य वर्ग बाहुल्य क्षेत्रों वाराणसी, दरभंगा, पटना जैसे शहरों में इनकी दुर्गति हुई, तब इन्हें यूजीसी पर संवाद ���ाद आ रहा है।

किंतु अभी भी वापसी का प्लान नहीं है।

सामान्य वर्ग को प्रदर्शन की अनुमति न देना और प्रदर्शन के दौरान की गई बर्बरता, वहीं CJP आंदोलन को एयरपोर्ट पर जाकर परमिशन देना, सामान्य वर्ग कैसे भूल सकता है।

बीजेपी ने सामान्य वर्ग के साथ विश्वासघात किया है। न इसे भूलना है, न समाज को भूलने देना है।
