or those considering a Mahindra EV—please listen closely.

I bought the so-called exclusive Batman Edition, just 999 units—supposed to be a dream, a unique experience. Mahindra broke that trust. They relaunched the same car, just changing a small detail, and pretended it was new.

Then, they announced a social media ‘buyback’ as a goodwill gesture—but it was a lie.
👉I went to the dealership, signed everything, accepted the buyback within 30 days—yet they denied me.

👉The GM refuses to speak on camera or explain why my inspection was denied.

This wasn’t just a car; it was a broken dream. Mahindra, you failed us.

I’m pursuing a consumer affairs case, but I implore everyone—don’t trust this brand. @anandmahindra , @anishshah21 —your customer service is a disgrace.

Mahindra heavily promoted “guaranteed buyback” promises to attract us, divert us from main issue to this. Now we are being denied the same buyback commitments after accepting the offer in time and following every process asked by the company & dealers.

We are being ignored. Emails unanswered. No clear explanation. No accountability.

We trusted the Mahindra brand, invested our hard-earned money, and are now being left helpless with silence from both dealers and the company.

If a company advertises buyback benefits, how can they back out later without transparency?

We are now preparing to approach Consumer Courts, National Consumer Helpline & legal forums because nobody seems willing to listen.

We deserve answers, not silence.

@18002096006 is the worse company jn the term of customer service.

They won’t care , whether you do them mail , calls , tag them on x , they do not care..

Once you bought their car. And they will forget you..

The complaints number CF2700050152 is registered on 12 may.
Once they closed the complaint without my consent, i reopened it but there’s nothing serious… for them
They won’t call
They won’t give a solution
Their buyback are scamm.
Their words are only on paper
Seriously !

People are fools who’s buying their cars.

but the truth is, both of them—and their entire team—are running a scam.

I was sold a so-called 'limited edition' Mahindra BE6, which turned out to be a regular model. Now, I’m mocked by my peers.
After they pretended to offer a buyback in a fake PR stunt, none of the 999 owners have received a single rupee.
Despite signing their scam terms and following their so-called timelines, they now refuse my buyback, claiming a valuation time passed—which they never even mentioned before.

Anand Mahindra and Mahindra Electric are outright scammers, and I won’t stay silent while they exploit us.
