But while new vehicles are launching, Ather forgets it's oldest loyal customers. Today it's us (450 Gen1) tomorrow it'll be the Konarc customers💔Vehicle and charger issues, service delays etc.

From discontinuing data services (Map services) to faulty charger, no spare parts and forcing us into buying a new vehicle. @atherenergy has forgotten their Gen1 Fam (Ather 450). This is unacceptable @tarunsmehta

After 2 weeks of following up on this issue, finally they take the charger for service and now they tell me the they can't fix it and I need to get a new vehicle with the buyback program. I didn't buy the vehicle with these limitations. NOT FAIR @atherenergy @tarunsmehta
