A massive thank you to RD Cathy and her group of amazing volunteers. We’re all so grateful for your help and for being out in the adverse weather conditions. Well done to the 193 participants who ran, jogged and walked today. Hope you all had a great event and see you next week.

Dear all, our wonderful regular marshal Bob will be celebrating his 80th birthday over the weekend. So as you pass him at the middle of the path please wish him a happy birthday it’d make his day.

Due to stormy weather forecasted some parkrun’s are cancelled. As it stands we’re planning on going ahead. Updates will mainly be posted on Facebook and we aim to confirm asap. During storms don’t shelter under trees and please listen to the RD’s safety announcements.

Another great turnout! We welcomed a walking Sailor, Zero to Heroes cheering each other on with fabulous enthusiasm, NEJ running club were out in force and our fabulous new 'Let's Walk' parkwalker vests. Thanks Colin and all our volunteers for making it happen again! We see you!

Been going to games for 4 years together but can’t sit bested each other for the most important game in years. Terrible way to treat loyal supporters
