@KLIM0VSKI@Qantas Their customer service has gone to dogs. I’ve tried everything in the book- called and waited for hours, tweeted to them and left DMs. Not a work of response yet. APPALLED!
@Qantas Ridiculous service or the lack of it. Had been on hold for over 5 hours, left umpteen Twitter DMs 3 days ago- what do you expect us to do?! For simple queries about my upcoming flight there seems to be no way to get in touch! #FAIL#Qantas
@goibibo I had a Syd-Bom flight on 3rd Jan (which is cancelled by the airline due to covid, I have email proof) I had booked Bom-Udr flight with you on 4th Jan which of course as am stuck in syd cannot board. Please refund my money. Aimlessly trying to speak to someone to resolve
@Qantas I have endlessly waited for 3 hours on call to clarify simple things: 1. My booking confirmation from BYOJet shows 30kg luggage whereas nowhere using my Qantas booking ID I am able to confirm this on your site or the app. Is the 3hr wait justified for something as simple?
2. I am booked in Syd-Ade (QF747) and Ade-Delhi (QF67) in the same PNR. The flight will arrive in ADL at 9.30PM and the flight from ADL to DEL is next morning at 8.45 AM. My another imp query is- can I exit (minus my checked-in bags) at Adl airport? I am Aus PR holder btw.
