@FaberIndia My issue has still not been resolved, it’s been months since I purchased a dishwasher and after making repeated complaints no action has been taken and I have still not been able to use it.

@FaberIndia Two months ago I received a damaged dishwasher from Faber India and am now being asked by the company to pay for the transportation for the new piece, this is after I have paid full price for the product and am supposed to have the product installed and working at that price.

@FaberIndia Terrible customer service. My brand new product is not functioning properly after paying full price and the company wants me to spend more money to get a new piece delivered to me. Terrible customer service experience. It’s been months and no proper solution.
