It’s interesting that the cost of 2 checked bags on Canadian North costs pretty much the same as 2 checked bags on any other airline.

Canadian North has increased its excess baggage fees for customers.
A 2nd bag under saver & flex fares has gone from $57.50 to now $86.25. (Notably, before May 2023 it was only $40.25)
Overweight bags 51-70lbs gone from $57.50 to $172.50.
