@shadowfax_in In days of instant deliveryn'pick-up, Shadowfax functioning only in the shadows. After a month of booking a return-product ordered online from @DecathalonIndia, receive WhatsApp messages every morning: Pick-up scheduled, confirm location. Evening: Unable to pick-up!

PointOfContention-SF's terms&cancellation policies. Customers find it difficult2cancel subscriptions/make changes to contracts w/o incurring penalties or facing resistance from Salesforce's sales&retention. #ARMTWISTING-RUlistening?

@Lazy_Pay
Why isn't your customer care not responding? A generic response didn't solve the problem and support/care went silent after that. A legal document was sent and none seem to be able to explain what's in it!

@NBRunning Friend's Ortho recommended NB1080v12 for his plantar fasciitis. Gave him custom soles. Lower 6mm on an otherwise excellently built v13 seems to be a deal breaker. I too bought d'same. The freshfoam, SnugFit & engineered mesh 👍 but 6mm👎. Any Fix? Expensive shoes.

Been with ICICI PersonalBanking 4over20yrs.Excellent Service. Started a current account and the support sucks. I've been given a run around. A lot of errors and mistakes and no proper accountability. Please assign a dedicated person to solve my problems

@photo_aurora @Krystina_Nguyen @SonoSim Well said. Very important to have your definition. My neighbour's 4yr old jumped into a swimming pool expecting it to feel like a mattress. Disaster. We work so hard to achieve 'success' without realising it may not be what we really want.

As we work in California to launch a new HyperCar whose main selling point will be design, this message I received has special meaning. Yes, artists can change the world..I hope parents won’t make the mistake of preaching only the left side of the wall to their children...
