There is no right or wrong in ortho, books said different thing but human physiology/builds said another, there is always room for changes. As long as you are able to justify your actions, then it should be acceptable.

Constant changes what made ortho so interesting 🤟🏻

Bruh im getting hooked to ortho, so complicated yet so interesting! different movements, angulation, vectors, forces, mechanics etc.. Everything is connected to one another so fun !!!

Ingat record mcm tu we as doctors can see ke whatever is happening to your child haha muka pun tak nampak lagilah reaction. Niat dah betul but cara tu salah. But nvm siapalah kita, doc jr yang bodoh je. Tegur kang kena bash hahaha lantak lah asalkan tak kacau hidup aku oopps 🤭😂

Hmmmm it’s correct that you should record whatever unusual event happening to your child - easier for doctors to dictate ddx & establish direction of care (seizures/absence seizures/LOC etc) but SOLELY RECORD THE CHILD not yourself nor the other fam rx

There was this one “senior” guy yesterday who rewrote everything on my o/e findings for an infected dfu pt in ED. He claimed it was wrong, he said it was chronic unhealing ulcer with ul pvd instead

Siap kata wtf la, how I review la very cincai whatsoever..
