@TangerineBank customer service is absolue SHIT. Was on hold for more than an hour to try to fix the issue in the image. Don't make customers call your numbers if you don't have enough people to service those calls. Is there no other way you can get that info from me ?

@AmericanAir, I had thought this was resolved and had confirmed flights.
I realised when I got to the airport that the flights were cancelled without any notice being given to me.
Extremely frustrating experience.
Never flying @AmericanAir again.

@AmericanAir @dougtparker I booked a flight on Oct 5 for flying out on Nov24, on 8 Nov AA emails me saying my return flight has to rescheduled by calling them. The customer service agent just cancelled my flights instead of rebooking that leg of the flight.

The same flights cost 4x now. This has been the most terrible experince with any airline ever. Never flying american airlines again.
