One thing I love about Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is how he would comfort other's hearts when his own heart was torn.

Abu Hurairah رض narrates:

“The Prophet ﷺ was asked: ‘What most admits people to Paradise?’ He said: ‘Piety and good manners.’

And he was asked: ‘What most leads people to Hell?’ He said: ‘The two hollow ones: the mouth and the private part.’”

The correct answer is a third! One third for air, one third for water and one third for food. It's important to not overeat and allow your body to digest food and carry out its normal processes.
