I’ve a flight booked with Singapore Airlines from Bali (DPS) to Delhi (DEL) via Singapore (SIN) where I need to change terminal from 1 to 3. Please suggest if I’ll need a transit visa to move from terminal 1 to terminal 3 to board the connecting flight.

Does it matter if the name on the ticket does not have the middle name but only the first and last name? Given name on passport has the middle name along with first name. Planning to fly Toronto to Mumbai via Heathrow.

@airindiain An Air India customer care rep told me yest that we need a letter from embassy for boarding the plane. Can you please tell me how to get this letter and what are the other pre-requisites for boarding a VBM flight.
