Pretty interesting read. Less than 1% of us government budget would make college free for all. I can also see other benefits for example like reducing prison expenses for the government as well, a more educated population will commit less crime.

Let me get this straight, so health insurance is high in USA because doctors have high liability insurance cost so patients then have high insurance cost. Does anyone else see something wrong here?
