I’ve been a little quiet on Substack but I’m on my way back. I’ve been in Kerala for the last couple of weeks and have been learning a few recipes from home. Like this sardine curry which is more of an emotion than just sustenance. Can’t wait to recreate this at home in London!

School’s out for the teen. She’s making brownies and singing whilst she’s doing it. I smiled when I heard her as it means she’s truly carefree. But then a sneaky thought crept in… Is this the honeymoon period of the summer hols ?? 🫣 I guess we’ll find out soon enough… TBC…
I really believe that for us to tackle toxic masculinity we have to raise all our children as the same, and instead of thinking ‘how to raise boys’ (or girls) we need to focus on ‘how to raise good humans’ beyond bias and norms. This is what I really believe.
