Then after multiple requests they are just repeating the mba jargon, not providing any solution to their own mistakes, i just asked for the coupon extension validty for all outlets, that’s it a coupon that I already got @SwiggyCares very loose policy and customer support

Had a terrible experience lately on @Swiggy
Received an incomplete order for which they gave me a coupon not specifying that it’s only valid for the very same outlet, ( giving out half information ) then when i reached out to the support they made the coupon of valid for 2 hours

After which the coupon was missed by mistake and the order got placed within 30 seconds i ask for a cancellation or just getting my coupon applied which ofc they couldn’t ( again not specifying their policy )
