Seeking attention of @CMOfficeAssam @himantabiswa #TheSwagataSatirtha portal currently lacks options for mutual transfers of out-of-state postings persons (e.g.Assam Bhavan) within same department, even though they fall under the same department (GAD).

Employees serving in out-of-state postings, and those seeking to switch with them, should be granted the opportunity for mutual transfer on humanitarian grounds. Restricting these options within the portal creates undue personal and familial hardship.
