@pharmeasyapp no one picking up support call on 7022000900 my order 6920307 for lab test was active untill 9 then on complaining fot OTOF was put on hold, lab technician has not yet arrived for pickup and wrong update as arrived being shown on order details

@SwiggyCares @Swiggy On top of this the delivery guy ran away keeping parcel at doorstep wont budge to wait so as to deny delivery acceptance, swiggy team can only be reached over chat no direct phone number available restaurant states the delivery guy must haf mis handled as they had properly packed

Can people imaging @Flipkart 's Grievance Redressal Office does not have a email or Contact Number to raise Complaints, also apparently @Flipkart has also removed the customer support email & contact as well from #website / #app nowhere to find !

@Flipkart @flipkartsupport firstly charges you absurd random fees/charges/what not but later is in capable of providing prompt service & on time deliveries, when they goof up the simply disable you to even access the orders page so that you cannot reach out even help from there !

A nice #scam going on by @Flipkart under the Mobile Exchange facility at the time of verification the agents purposely fail the device with multiple defects which are not present, even though you had put in correct condition of the device defects present at time of placing order

other option proposed by the delivery exec is a small bribe to him so as to process & take the device which is different of the actual process of paying difference from @Flipkart app, any which ways the customer is at a loss as he ends up taking the phone or wasting time
