Bank of Baroda staff were watching reels instead of working.

When a boy went to 50,000₹ withdraw money from BOB, the cashier was watching the reel.

When the boy asked him to do the work, the cashier said he would break the phone.

Then he called the guard and asked him to throw the boy out. Did the boy do anything wrong if he was refused to watch the reel instead of doing his work in the bank?

Bank of Baroda should not keep such people in the bank, instead of working these people scold the customers.

HDFC bank manager refuses to withdraw ₹50,000 from a customer

When a man went to withdraw money from the bank for his mother's treatment, they did not give him the money.

The customer kept saying that he had a cheque of Rs 50,000 and there was balance in his bank account, but the bank manager was not even ready to listen.

Will HDFC Bank not return the customer's money now and on top of that, they scolded the customer and drove him away?

HDFC Bank should take some immediate action against such bank managers and improve their services.
