Really frustrated with @Take5_OilChange.

1. Tightened my oil plug too tight. No one else could change my oil.
2. Lied to me about the cost of fixing the problem they caused.
3. Told me to go to corporate if I had a problem.
4. Now, they aren’t returning my phone call.
