@CadburyUK bought a twirl egg amongst others over a month ago. Should have had an egg and 2 bars in but only the egg was inside the box. Might deem a small thing but it's missing half the chocolate. Please help! Thanks ❤️ 😔

@muddy_gas_doc My grandmother fell and broke her hip. She had not long had cancer surgery and developed delirium. She was terrified of it again so the anaesthetist called me and all 3 of us had the talk about her options. Her surgeon discussed her case with me too. I know we were lucky!

I x-rayed a nurse a few hours ago for chest & abdo ?perf and I’ve just been to resus and she’s still working rly hard but when she thought no one could see she was cradling her tummy and I can’t believe she’s not been able to go home, this is what NHS staff are dealing with 😩
