As I am from village near by sikar, rajasthan can confirm this no fire caught up.
I went yesterday and I got to know that EVM machines are kept there till 2 June and police force was occupied at the gate of sikar centre.
So the reason for fire was baseless and lie.

And if some fire caught up there,
It must have been covered by news papers or something as it is government college and main college of sikar.
But if you go through news, you will find nothing.

But now he has to travel 6 km away from his room to reach centre in this hot summer.
