be aggressively delusional about your future until it’s simply your present. the vision is yours and it’s supposed to look insane from the outside. stay so committed to it that reality has no choice but to adjust. believe so hard in what you’re building that the present starts bending toward it. and one day you’ll wake up and the thing everyone called impossible will just be your life. and they’ll ask how you did it. and you’ll tell them: you never stopped believing. you just started working like it was inevitable.
Shopify billionaire co-founder & CEO Tobi Lütke — one of the most analytically rigorous founders alive — uses affirmations.
His exact words:
"If you tell yourself or write down something about yourself 100 times, it writes into the neurofrontal cortex at such a deep level that your brain will start reconciling you to that. It just works."
His personal example:
He was terrified of public speaking.
For one week he sat down every day for 10 minutes and wrote: "I love public speaking."
A week later the fear was gone.
"It's not like a placebo. You just actively change your neurofrontal cortex in this moment."
Your brain starts shaping your behavior around the identity you rehearse most.
One of the best recent podcasts on AI. Neil has a gift for explaining all of the jargon and insights simply.
(I’m not involved, just found it unusually educational).
Forget population numbers
The people with 130+ IQ are what truly matters
They are the ones who keep society functioning - infrastructure, technology, medicine - It’s a thin layer of high-IQ, male, whites/north asians.
Without them, systems fail in predictable ways (see South Africa) and we revert back to a primitive civilization.
And it’s already been declining massively
Cancer is a big problem in our society and it almost seems like anyone can get it no matter how careful you are, but you can also do some things to protect yourself and loved ones.
Cut down:
• Charred suya, the black bits, processed meat, sausages and hot dogs used in shawarma etc
• Mouldy groundnut, maize, egusi
• Reused frying oil
• Sniper-preserved beans, formalin fish
• Alcohol (shayo sweet but think about the long term complications) and smoking
• Firewood & generator smoke indoors
• Skin lightening creams
Also do this:
• Test for Hepatitis B and vaccinate if negative, biggest cause of liver cancer in our society. Test for Hep C too (no vaccine, but it’s curable now with treatment)
• HPV vaccine + screening for the women you love, the biggest cause of cervical cancer in our society, and a rising cause of throat cancer
• Grill beside the coals, not over them
Protect yourself. Protect your family.
Dear Nigerians,
Stop everything & listen to this. Because new born babies in Singapore will receive:
* A baby gift of S$10,000.
* A medicine grant of S$5,000.
* A S$5000 child development initial grant.
* S$5000 dollar-for-dollar xtra matching grant
THAT’S NOT ALL !!!
* Every Singaporean child will continue to get annual credits of S$2000 from age 1-16.
* At 17, every Singaporean child will get an additional S$10,000 deposited into their post-secondary school education account.
In total, every child will receive nearly S$70,000 ($55,000) as they grow up. Families with more children will receive more support.
The Singaporean government is giving nearly ₦77 million in total direct financial support to every Singaporean child from birth to age 17.
NOTE: Singapore is not an oil-producing country. It has zero domestic crude oil reserves & does not extract petroleum from the ground.
Singapore imports its oil 100%.
Thanks to Lee Kuan Yew, Singapore is one of the four Asian Tigers. It shares this title with Hong Kong, South Korea, & Taiwan.
Prime Minister Lawrence Wong delivered this powerful speech yesterday to mark Singapore's National Day Rally 2026. He announced major updates on public housing, family support, & digital safeguards for Singaporean youths.
This is how a leader addresses his people. As a Nigerian, can you see what leadership looks like? WHAT DOES NIGERIA DO FOR YOU?
And for Men, prostate cancer is the #1 cancer killing Nigerian men. Black men of West African descent have the highest rates in the world.
Truth: there’s little you can do to prevent it. But you can catch it early, when it’s still curable.
Do this:
• Start PSA test + DRE at 45. At 40 if your father or brother had it
• Repeat every 1–2 years
• Don’t skip the DRE out of pride. 15 seconds vs your life
Go now if you have:
• Weak or interrupted urine stream
• Straining or not emptying fully
• Waking up several times at night to urinate
• Blood in urine or semen
• Persistent back, hip or thigh pain
Skip: agbo “prostate cleansers”, high-dose vitamin E (a large trial found it raised risk).
Our men die late because they check late. Book the test today.
DRE means Digital rectal exam. “Digital” as in finger, not electronic. The doctor puts on a glove, uses lubricant, and inserts one finger into the rectum to feel the prostate, which sits right against the rectal wall. He’s checking for size, hardness, lumps, or an irregular surface. A healthy prostate feels smooth and rubbery; cancer often feels hard or nodular.
It takes about 15 seconds. Uncomfortable and awkward, not painful. Many men shy away from this test but it’s important, health first remember.
I created an AI Smart Glass to help blind people walk without a cane or a guide 👓
But this is not like the smart glasses people are used to seeing
Because this Glass combines AI, sensors, and GPS to help the user detect things in front of them, avoid obstacles, and know their location
But the most amazing thing is if the user gets lost, the GPS tracking system can help locate where they are from anywhere, and then send the location to the phone of the person taking care of them via WhatsApp or Email 📲
And now I am further developing it to a new level of AI + Voice, so it can speak with the user and also help them understand their surroundings
I have put the video showing how it works completely in the comment. 🎥

Let the world see what a young Nigerian can build
Here's a video list for people who haven't been to China and people who want to come again for more.
A Chinese photographer spent 5 years, visited 220 cities, and captured all of this.
The place name is in the upper left.
Six hours of sleep feels fine.
Until the research hits.
A 2025 study followed 140 adults aged 40 to 60 for three years. The ones who slept under six hours most nights showed a sharper decline in memory, executive function, and attention.
Not after decades. After three years.
Sleep is not rest. It is maintenance. Skip it long enough and the machine starts breaking in ways you cannot see until the damage is done.
Protect your sleep the way you protect your money. Both compound.
I lost all the businesses in these picture frames.
I've lost money, lots of it.
Lost 4 major businesses; an art gallery, pure water factory. 2 yoghurt factories,
I had seven broken relationships.
I have been depressed with suicide tendencies twice. 1991 and 2014.
Two terminal diseases to deal with.
I had panic attacks episodes for over three years, 1991 and 2014.
Everything about me is late. Schooling late, good job late, marriage late, business break through late, started having children, late. Bought my first car late. Nobody would ever want to be associated with a failure like me.
What kept me going? Hope. Knowing that life is in phases. The help you need is within you. Only you can generate the energy and encouragement you need.
The tomato and iroko tree are plants. Which are you?
I hope this helps someone. 🚶🏿♂️➡️🚶🏿♂️➡️🚶🏿♂️➡️
The question I get most right now is "what should I turn into an AI agent?"
Here is the 5 part test I use (works for Claude/Codex/Grokbot etc):
1. It has a repeated trigger, so the same kind of task keeps happening over and over.
2. The inputs are stable, so the information comes in a predictable shape every time.
3. The tools are clear, so there is a defined set of things it can actually go do.
4. There is a measurable finish line, so you can tell when it is done and whether it worked.
5. There is judgment in the middle, so each run is a little different and needs a real decision made in the moment.
The first 4 are really just asking "can this be automated at all?" The 5th is the one that matters, because judgment in the middle is what makes it an agent instead of a simple automation.
Once you see it this way, you start spotting agent work pretty much everywhere.
How @elonmusk fixed Starlink:
“Starlink was a mess. It was 10X too expensive and they were building 1/10 of how many they needed.
Elon’s like I've had it. This is now the bottleneck. I'm fixing this.
He grabs a team of engineers that he trusts and they fly up to Seattle.
They fire the entire Starlink leadership team.
They sit down in a war room and they start running the algorithm.
•What is the first principles of satellite design?
•How simple can we make this thing?
•Why does this exist?
•Why are these two things so far apart?
•Why do we need this much energy?
•Why do we need this manufacturing process?
And over the course of a few months they make a two order of magnitude leap.
These people had never encountered this design before, but just by applying the algorithm and working with maniacal urgency towards this extremely high design bar, they created this product that's now —if it was a standalone business —would be worth tens of billions of dollars or more.”
Our cook that was TERRIBLE is now sooooo good. She went from “we can’t eat this food” to “restaurateur level.”
What did she do?
1.) We brought in our previous cook to guide her ONCE.
2.) She sat on YouTube watching videos and learning
3.) She practiced.
All of this happened in less than 3 months
Her food is so good, I’d think we ordered out.
I would seize this opportunity to encourage everyone that there’s nothing you can not do.
There is a point at which persistence stops being admirable and starts consuming years that could be used differently.
Sometimes the disciplined decision is not to keep going, but to stop giving more of your life to something that has already taken enough.
A project does not acquire an unlimited claim on your future just because it has already consumed a large part of your past.
