The fact that you can’t check into a hotel until 4pm when the day is basically over but have to check out by 10am the next morning should honestly be illegal.
I am so sick of being paralyzed by my anxiety around taking new medications. Or just even keeping up with medications. Is this how Desi parents feel. Is this inherited. I have access to information. I know it's irrational. I know it's stupid. I know this is to help me. Why !!!
I work in government. People will print things, scan them in, and then email you an attachment. Instead of just using a word document and turning into a PDF (that you can also conveniently edit if you need to). It happens so many times that I've stopped trying to be the sane one
And then of course it sucked to know Eric Dane was already dead. Great show though if you're into some good ol good guys vs bad guys action ppw pow pow
I just finished watching The Last Ship and it was a good pow pow pow show to have in the background. I was not really expecting it to follow Grey's anatomy theme and start killing off my favorites. Final season they were like, let's slash as many as we can!! The last episode MAN
I like our pediatrician because he lets me know when I'm being ridiculous. I mentioned that we have the CDC Milestones tracker app and the baby is meeting all of the 15 month ones except for hugging stuffed animals and he said it looks like Harvard is out of the picture now
@JibbyD I don't understand the concept of birth and bounce. Like you're going to wait a whole 18 years and then send a child here to what? Start working immediately to sponsor the rest of their family? Siblings will take forever. What's the benefit to the child? Sounds like a burden
Idc if you guys are gonna cancel me but one of the major causes of rape is these molvis like mufti Tariq Masood who joke about marrying girls of age 4 and 8, this type of mentality push a concept that maintaining sexual relationships with minors is a okay thing.
It is not even specific to this country, it is men everywhere. As a mother of a daughter I am so terrified all the time I never knew the prayer most on my tongue would always be ya Allah please protect my child.
I feel sick to my stomach and unable to function reading the news about those two little girls in Sargodha and Karachi. It feels so callous to say I wish I could unsee and un-know this. I am shaking with grief and rage for those parents and oh God what is wrong with this country
My kid isn't even 2 yet, but I already hear comments like "oh you don't have to worry about so much with boys like you do with girls" or "she is so confident, usually boys are like that."
I didn't realize how sensitive I would be to these until I became her mom.
Boys are not easier. Raising empathetic, kind, good PEOPLE is fucking hard. And if you already think one gender is easier than the other then please stay away from us.
