On 11 April, I initiated the Airtel Broadband connection shifting service request. The connection is not yet shifted, calling customer service on a daily basis for the progress of the service, still no response.

@Airtel_Presence No necessary action has been taken by AIRTEL @Airtel_Presence@airtelindia. My office work is suffering a lot. Pathetic customer service, poor quality and moreover no response, Arrogant and disrespectful behaviour of their employees and engineers.
@airtelindia Due to this my work and office suffers, every time I call customer care, they say we have put your request on priority basis and it will be listened within 6 hours. But still today 2 nd dy finished no response from AIRTEL. @Airtel_Presence@airtelindia
As well as the engineer details the @airtelindia shares with the installation time. When I call the engineer, he talks arrogantly. I never imagine the AIRTEL will act like this.
Very pathetic Service by AIRTEL which claims customers are their priority.

On 20 April 2023 I made a Delhi metro card recharge transaction using @PhonePe which failed and the money ₹500 got deducted from my account which should be refunded as the transaction failed. Now it's been around 20 days and money hasn't been refunded yet.
I have raised a complaint so many times still no action has been taken yet. This is how @PhonePeSupport works in resolving and responding to our concerns.
@PhonePe could you please tell me the date when I contact you and my concern will be solved.
@RailwaySeva This is 3AC coach situation. There has been a fight just now due to this situation and there are no Policemen to solve the issue. Chain has been pulled and the train is being stopped at Mughal Sarai station. Everyone is stuck. Pathetic situation here. Solve the issue asap.

It's almost more than 15 days I have requested for plan update on 20th Jan 2022. I have been regularly in contact with your customer care team for this concern. Every time I got from them, is that it will be resolved in 24hrs but nothing happens.

I wrote the email concerning the same thing to the nodal officer, still no solution. Now I want compensation for my work, which is suffering because of your unsuccessful customer service.
