@SaversHB complaint cont’d - as a result all 3 were in possession of their pulley suitcases. Whilst in your store in Canterbury. They were approached and accused of being potential shoplifters by someone we now know was not a member of staff. He reported them to the Area Manager

Shopping elsewhere was a blatant lie. I really would like an explanation of why they were asked to leave based on nothing more than someone assuming they were going to steal not that they had stolen or were acting suspicious. The Canterbury Area Manager needs to do better he saw
