Guess a flat 50% increase across all states is what will be done. Everyone gets more. Nobody loses. The existing proportion of seats between states stays frozen. But viable political solution that minimises outrage and maximises passage probability.

But it will not be bold. It will not be transformative. It also violates the principle of 'one person, one vote' that we have been told by left wing and Nehru-Con malcontents as bedrock of democratic equality
