@TUIUK We were never going to make that flight this was obvious at 5pm local time why keep people in the airport and outside till 4am !
Also the Reps can't be arsed attitude didn't help (£4 per hour help is what you will get) was one reps comment

[Adam Reid @AAReid87]

@TUIUK the treatment of holiday makers in Cyprus over the last 2 days has been appalling (and that's being kind) dumped at a hotel at 4am now stuck at the hotel probably going to miss today's flight to BHX as the coach is now 45 mins late #shitshow

[Adam Reid @AAReid87]

@TUIUK I understand the strikes are something tui had control over but the way it had been dealt with was ridiculous asking us to board a plane knowing full well the crew wouldn't have the flight hours left is if we can work that out why can't the people on charge work that out

[Adam Reid @AAReid87]

@TUIUK To late we had been advised by the helpline to get a taxi and have to claim this back £100 taxi not what we wanted to pay after the reps at the airport sent us 40+minutes from the hotel some holiday makers are stuck as they didn't have the funds to pay ! Pt1
