@gomechanicindia go mechanic is fraud Company. I had ordered apollo alanc tyre single pair 5606 . I got a call from service buddy and he told that they don't have apollo tyre and they have jk tyre which cost around 8800 . On the same go mechanic app tyre cost is 4500rs .

2nd battery software update failed . Now it may take 2 hours , 2 days or 2 months also .my bike was running properly. I need bike any how. This is the second time . I m facing this traumatic situation. Earlier they took 3 months for battery replacement.

I had requested to update bike software after 8th Feb. They told we have to do now . As company told us . On 3rd Feb I had given my bike to tvs service centre and they told me it will take 3 to 4 hours for Software update . Now they are telling one bike update is successful

They have one 1 service centre in entire Mumbai , sorry not mumbai , it's Thane . Goregaon and chembur don't have trained staff . So they will tell you go to Thane . I stay in lower parel and I had to travel to Thane . My bike no is MH01 EL 2474.

My tvs iqube was battery dead . I had given my bike to tvs supreme Thane service centre in the month of October. I was told that it would get repaired by November end.

Then I again called in 2nd weeknof December but still issue is not resolved, they will not even inform you . Yeah one thing they will definitely do , that they will registered your complaints and assured you .it's frustrating 😔.
