@EaseMyTrip The issue doesn't lie with the contact details, the issue is wrong option provided and I'm not even able to cancel that particular flight for refund. You have left us with no option, neither your team members have reverted yet. This is sheer harassment of the customers.

@EaseMyTrip The entire journeys responsibility is of EMT to ensure customer gets matched flights whereas your team didn't bother to send correct options instead simply forwarded the mail sent to them by airlines. We could have booked directly from their website. Is there no protocol???

Currently, Mumbai has 386 electric buses.
